Retreat Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to handle cancellations and refunds fairly while also protecting the resources needed to plan and provide our retreats.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve your place at the retreat. The deposit is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the participant or a registration mistake.

The deposit helps cover advance commitments and administrative costs associated with planning and preparing for the retreat.

Cancellation by the Participant

If you need to cancel your retreat registration, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:

• More than 30 days before the retreat: A refund will be issued for eligible amounts paid above the non-refundable deposit, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees incurred by the organization.
• 15–30 days before the retreat: A refund of 50% of the eligible registration amount will be issued, less the non-refundable deposit and any applicable payment-processing fees.
• Less than 15 days before the retreat: Registration fees are generally non-refundable because we may have already committed funds for lodging, meals, materials, and other retreat expenses.

Registration Mistakes

If you accidentally register for a retreat, make a duplicate registration, or otherwise need to cancel because of an error made during registration, please contact us promptly.

We will do our best to accommodate the request. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and any additional refund may be reduced by payment-processing fees that the organization cannot recover.

Cancellation by the Organization

If we must cancel a retreat, registered participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the deposit and any payment-processing fees charged to the participant as part of the registration.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If you are unable to attend because of a serious or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to respond with compassion and fairness.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
